BAUMIT HOBBY CONCRETE 25KG

All concrete works are carried out according to usual procedures. Baumit HobbyBeton is mixed in a flow or forced mixer. Mixing time 3-5 minutes. Fresh concrete should be installed as soon as possible. Free fall above one meter is avoided during installation. The embedded concrete is thickened (compacted) to the appropriate consistency. The surface is cut, raked and smoothed. Processing is completed in one hour, at high temperatures in half an hour. The amount of added water depends on the desired concrete consistency (approx. 3 l per bag). Only clean water (from the tap) is allowed. During installation and gluing, the temperature of the air, material and substrate must be at least + 5°C. Installation on frozen ground and/or when there is a risk of freezing is not permitted. When installing concrete (preparation, conditions, installation, compaction, processing time, working hours, care, installation in cold and hot conditions, dismantling), we take into account the relevant standards, eg ÖNORM B 4710-1. Fresh concrete surfaces must be protected from drying out too quickly.
